Beacock’s Auto Service was established in 1975, and bought by Mark Oullette in 2010. Mark came to the auto repair industry as a businessperson looking for a new opportunity. In order to bring his automotive knowledge to the level of his business knowledge, he went to school to become a licensed technician while also working in the shop. After three years of professional training, he’s happy to say he understands cars like he understands business, and he continues training for the benefit of his customers—changing automotive technology demands it.
At Beacock’s Auto Service, we believe treating customers well is what brings customers back. We don’t perform unnecessary or inconsequential repairs; rather, we inform customers of potential issues with their vehicles, and the decision to fix or not is up to the customer. The best way to avoid an unexpected repair is regular maintenance—it’s much less costly than repairs.
